Fielding Demars, MSIS

Fielding's education consists of a Bachelor's and Master’s degree in Information Systems from the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University, with an emphasis in Healthcare Leadership. During his time at BYU, he developed an interest in business strategy, financial analysis, and finding solutions to complex business challenges. Before joining Demars Financial, Fielding worked in strategic healthcare consulting, where he helped healthcare organizations evaluate growth opportunities, improve operational efficiency, and make data-driven strategic decisions. His experience includes healthcare market assessments, facility planning, financial and operational analysis, and strategic growth initiatives. He is currently working towards his CFP® and MBA.

Fielding has been married to his wife Mallory for a little over a year! Together, they enjoy spending time outdoors and staying active. Some of their favorite activities include skiing, mountain biking, rock climbing, wake surfing, and traveling. Fielding also enjoys pushing his physical limits and has competed in Spartan races, HYROX CrossFit competitions, and is training for his first IronMan. Fielding and Mallory look forward to building a life together filled with family, adventure, and new experiences.
